Biography

Robert Crawford received his bachelor's in industrial and manufacturing engineering in 1985. He is a graduate of the MECOP program. He joined Sequent Computer Systems in 1989 and worked in various management positions for 12 years, including facilities manager, production manager, senior supply chain manager, and senior manufacturing engineering manager as Sequent grew from 750 to 3000 through its' acquisition by IBM in 1999.

Crawford currently serves as the senior supply chain manager for Micro Systems Engineering, in Lake Oswego, ¾«¶«Ó°ÊÓ, a subsidiary of Biotronik, headquartered in Germany, a manufacturer of cardiac therapy devices.

Crawford has served on the board and executive board of the Multiple Engineering Cooperative Program (MECOP), and is a member of the OSU industrial and manufacturing engineering advisory board.
